Who we are and how to contact us

What we collect through our forms, and why

You can use this site without telling us anything. If you fill in a form, we collect only what the form asks for:

• Call request: first name, phone number, the best time to call, ZIP code, age band, whether you're enrolled in Medicare and, optionally, your email and how you heard about us. If you're on Medicare, we add you to the Medicare list instead.
• Medicare list: first name, email, ZIP code, which kind of Medicare coverage you have, and whether you're asking for yourself or a relative.
• Contact form: name, email, what you're asking about, and a short message.
• Employer form: company, contact name, work email, phone and company size.

We use it to call you back about the free 15-minute call, to tell you about the practice opening, membership and the Medicare list, and to answer your question. We ask you not to include medical details in any form, and we don't ask for any.

What we don't do

• We don't sell personal information, and we never have.
• We don't use advertising pixels, remarketing tags or session-recording tools.
• We set no cookies other than any strictly needed to show the page. Our analytics tool is cookieless and doesn't identify you.
• We don't track you across other websites. There's nothing for a Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signal to switch off, and we honor those signals anyway.

Who processes it for us

Your form details are stored in our Google Workspace account under a business associate agreement. When memberships open, enrollment runs on Hint Health, which has its own privacy notice. If you agree to texts, our SMS vendor delivers them. We don't share your details with anyone else, except as the law requires.

How long we keep it

We keep list and contact details for 12 months after launch or until you ask. If you become a member, your membership record is kept under the rules that apply to medical practices.

Your choices

Every email we send has an unsubscribe link, and we honor opt-outs within ten business days. You can ask us at any time to correct or delete what you've given us; write to [email protected].

Texts

We don't send marketing texts at this time. If that changes, we'll ask for your written consent first and publish SMS Terms.

Children

This site isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their information. The practice sees adults only.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for anything that affects what we do with your details, email the people on our lists.
